I was skeptical about whether does ems work, but this glute trainer is incredible. I use it while working from home and the muscle soreness the next day proves it's doing its job. Much better than the generic ones I've tried before.

Great product and definitely works the muscles hard. Dropped one star because you do need to replace the gel pads every month if you use it daily, which is an ongoing cost, but the results are worth it.
